Ken Evans MediationWELCOME TO KEN EVANS MEDIATION

Would you rather have a judge decide the issues in your case or resolve them yourselves? The purpose of mediation is to reach an agreement so you can avoid the expense and emotional pain of a trial.

Mediation is conducted with the parties and their attorneys in separate rooms. The mediator acts as the facilitator so that a mutually acceptable agreement can resolve the case. It is an informal process which most people find to be helpful in finding creative solutions in settling their lawsuit.

The cost of mediation is minimal compared to the cost of trial. Please see our Services page for more info on rates and services.
